MARE SRL confirms acceptance of the order by sending an automatic summary email to the email address indicated by the Customer in the order itself.
For all delivered items, MARE SRL issues an invoice/receipt with the information provided by the Customer.
MARE SRL prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusts them to the courier, packaging them in the most appropriate way.
Deliveries are made on weekdays, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
MARE SRL and uses the following couriers: GLS, TNT and DHL.
Courier delivery times to the customer's home are indicated within 48 hours of the package being handed over to the courier. However, these times are indicative only, as they may be subject to change due to force majeure, adverse traffic and road conditions, strikes, or government orders. Packages are delivered directly to the address you indicate.
When ordering, please include an address, phone number, and email address where the courier can reach someone between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and include your name on the doorbell. The courier does not provide advance telephone notification, and the delivery time is at their discretion.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except for exceptional promotions, and are also detailed for each individual "delivery type" chosen.
Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM on weekdays are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery times are 1-2 business days (2-3 for islands) after the package leaves.
Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the courier's accompanying document
b) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or altered.
Shipping costs vary depending on the courier and destination. You can check the cost directly in the cart once you've entered your address.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
In any case, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.
In the event that the professional has not fulfilled the information obligations regarding the existence, methods, and timeframes for returning or collecting the goods in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 90 (ninety) days and runs from the date the consumer receives the goods.
If the Buyer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must communicate this directly through the website, devidlabel.com or by email to resi@devidlabel.com By entering a return request message. For the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal, sending the communication may be validly replaced by returning the purchased item, provided that the same terms are met. The date of delivery to the post office or shipping agent will be the determining factor between the parties.
The return of the item must, in any case, take place no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the item. In any case, to be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the item must be returned intact and must not have been used, consumed, or damaged (the Product identification tag must still be attached).
The products must be returned to MARE SRL in a single shipment via express courier. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
As soon as MARE SRL is able to confirm that the required conditions have been met, it will send the Customer an email confirming acceptance of the return and will refund the entire amount paid by the Buyer free of charge within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, regardless of the payment method previously used by the Customer. Refunds of amounts paid by the Customer will always be made exclusively to the Customer who made the payment.
In the event that the above conditions have not been met, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, but will have the right to collect the returned products from MARE SRL, VIA GUGLIELMO MARCONI 3, BOLOGNA (BO), CAP 40122, PI E CF 03986981201 or request that the product/s be shipped at his/her own expense.
Upon receipt of the communication with which the Buyer communicates the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the parties to this contract are released from their mutual obligations, except as provided for in the previous points of this article.
