How to make a return

Making a return on Devidlabel is very easy. It's only 3 steps, but make sure you read the terms and conditions before proceeding with your return request.

STEP 1

After accessing your private area click on the button "Start new return" as highlighted in the figure.

Or

Alternatively, from the order page click on the "Start New Return" button in the "Return Merchandise" area.

STEP 2

In the area of returns will be available the orders placed with the ability to request a return by clicking on the "Start Return" button next to the line of each order placed on the site.

STEP 3

Fill out the return form in all its fields and click "Start Return".

You will receive a reply as soon as our team has taken care of your request.

i have ordered 2 articles. came immediately in 1-2 days. in perfect condition. decided to return 1 item, they were extremely nice and helpful. Note: currently their web "how to return" section does not work, yet to be setup. but you can reach them easily on Chat. returns are free of shipment fees. Devidlabel takes care of it 👍

With the product and delivery service, I'm satisfied. It's a bit costier though. I saw the same product in other seller and it cost lower but overall I'm content.
